ARs:

- Mike LaBonte to propose open source restriction language.

New IBISCHK bugs:
- None

IBISCHK700 parser development:
Mike had submitted a sentence to be added to the IBISCHK7 parser development agreement
requiring our approval for any use of open source code. Bob Ross said we needed to ask
the developer if any such code is used. Bob had written code using Numerical Recipes
years ago, that would be an example of open source. Mike showed a web page indicating
that Numerical Recipes is not actually open source, a license must be purchased and
there are redistribution restrictions.

The proposed language requires permission from "SAE ITC", so it is not certain whether that means us or SAE legal.
Mike showed agreement draft 15. Bob felt that we should be referred to as "IBIS Open
Forum" in the agreement, not "SAE ITC". He said draft 13 was the last version sent
to SAE ITC. Edits were made during the meeting and the document was saved as draft
16. Bob will send it to SAE ITC for legal review. Mike suggested we should try to
get a cost estimate soon, now that ratification may be imminent.

AR: Mike LaBonte to send agreement draft 16 to Bob Ross for review
AR: Bob Ross to send agreement draft 16 to SAE ITC for review
